1995
Mr. Marko Semo established SEMO Ltd. In Bulgaria with main activities in electrical filed.
2002
The company started preparation and marketing research for CHINT Group Corp.
2003
Good perspectives of Bulgarian market and our know-how gave us the base to sign our first contract with CHINT for distribution in Bulgaria. We passed all certification procedures for our products and all the preparation in order to receive CO (Bulgarian equivalent of CE).
2004
The sales become bigger. We received exclusivity for SATEC Ltd. from Israel and sign new three year contract with CHINT.
2005
We made our first export to Angola, sales are much bigger and as we see we can make much more in coming future. We received exclusivity for Unitronics Israel.
2006
Semo Ltd. has made distribution agreement in Republic of Macedonia and start several projects there. We increase numbers of the company team.
2007
Formation of SEMO Engineering Department – Execution of two big industrial projects – Mine Toranitsa - Macedonia and Substation Pancharevo – Sofia and also many other projects. SEMO Ltd. bought terrain for his new building near to the industrial zone of Sofia city. We became the exclusive representative of Israel company SOLCON for motor drives and started to distribute CHINT High voltage on the territory of Bulgaria;
2008
SEMO Ltd. growth – SEMO Ltd. defines and adds new directions of development and cooperation.
SEMO Ltd, develop the activities of Management of electrical projects, namely a number of export projects for Africa.
Development of collaboration with National Electrical Company of Bulgaria, electro distribution companies EVN, E.ON. CEZ – there are realized few pilot projects with Electricity System Operator of Bulgaria.
SEMO ltd. won few tenders in the public sector for delivery of Low, Middle and High Voltage electro equipment.
SEMO Ltd. become exclusive representative of England company PRI – manufacturer of new generation “Pre-pay” watt-meters.
SEMO Ltd. passed  the certification of its System of quality management according to the ISO 9001:2000.
